It seems that there will always be plenty of conflicts for the world in general to sort out. What would be needed for the conclusion of a conflict over forced migration and dwindling resources, and what are the likeliest places to be hit?

it's not just that...aggression is genetically coded into human DNA. We are agressors, we just done leave animals be, we attack them too. This is considered holy work by like all farmers (gotta be a surplus...) It's why we're at the top of the food chain...homo sapiens sapiens is genetically coded to be the agressor against everything else, other humans included: because its a FFA and as long as we survive, nobody gives a damn. Fighting is the one thing we're best at.
