==Overview:==
The PRVD-445-Z Privrednek is the first AgroMech mass produced for many year
House Liao's entry into the AgroMech field is an attempt, many persume, for
House Liao to tap into the economic success of many agrocultural worlds by
giving them what they really want: the ultimate farming tool.
==Capabilities:==
The Privrednek has a number of things going for it. It can harvest and stor
nearly a ton of produce before having to return to a base camp and unload.
unique arm assembly is what makes this possible.
Simplified as much as possible, the Privrednek has very bulky and thick arm
which trick many people into thinking that it is far more armored then it
really is. The vacuum assembly, which sucks up harvested produce from the
combine, is mounted on the shoulder and from there a number of tubes leave
arm and curl over into the torso, depositing it into a massive cargo contai
The cargo container itself is semimodular. When it is full, it can be taken
by a loader and replaced with a fresh cargo bay. The loaded cargo bay then
go to the farms production line for processing. All of this can be done wit
either another Privrednek with a cargo lift hoise (see Varients) or a forkl
The forklift option is cheaper, and for only another 3,500 C-Bills a forkli
will be included in shipping.
The Privrednek is also capable of working at night, with a powerful set of
lights mounted above the left shoulder. Angled to provide the best possible
light possible, they can light up a whole field for workers to work in.
Finally the machine has also some security protections built in. Mechs are
valuable, whether they are ICE powered or Fusion powered. Bandit Kings woul
also love to get their hands on the spare parts that the Privrednek has for
their BattleMechs. To stop this, or at least make it not profitiable, the
Privrednek mounts 2 short range missile systems and a machine gun. Combined
with the combine this makes a potent antiinfantry defense.
==Battle History:==
A varient of the Privrednek, the PRVD-445-ZY has actually seen combat.
The new colony region of the Magistry of Canopous and Taurian Confederation
an area that is easily pray to bandits. When the Cappallen Confederation jo
those two nations in an alliance, Cappallen citizens started going to these
worlds to settle and set up massive plantation farms.
One of them brought along a number of Privredneks to make the farm truly
profitable. Wihle there they were attacked and raiders made off with food,
supplies and prisoners for the mountains. With no support the local Marshal
the Cappallan farmer, a retired MechWarrior of some reknown, decided to lau
their own counterstrike with the four Privredneks, the planets militia, and
themselves. The Mechs cargo containers were quickly converted to carry a sq
of troops and heavy equipment and the Lance moved out after the raiders.
Catching them with their pants down in the mountains the lance of Privredne
were able to open fire quickly, laying down a massive barrage of short rang
missiles and machine gun fire. After the first volly the soldiers inside th
mechs jumped out in a surprise attack against the raiders the platoon of
infantry and lance of argomechs were able to wipe out the raiders camp and
managed to salvage a fully operational MAD-3R Marauder, which is now the
Marshals mech.
==Variants:==
There are two varients to the Privrednek. The first is the PRVD-445-L. Rath
then a combine, this varient mounts a cargo lift hoist. This equipment is m
bulky however, and requires the sacrifice of some arm armor to make it
possible.
The second varient is the one mentioned above, which has the spacious cargo
converted to carry a squad of infantry instead of food. This variation has
only combat once, and the machines were all converted back to the regular 4
afterwards.
