Tonight we just finished fighting a group of unidentified mechs escorting a transport convoy. Well, it was the end of the session and we had decimated their units with a slew of lucky blows downing 3 assaults to prone with some immobile.
The GM alerts us that the opponent is withdrawing and pokes fun that the Grand Crusader was gonna get away before we could stop it. I the words of Hagrid: "Should not have said that."
Everyone who could DID target him and fire everything. In 1 round the GC went from near pristine to 3 engine crits. LOL.
