I rushed this update out there because it fixed a few issues encountered with the TRO submission module. Primarily with older browsers such as Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 1. Those issues have been fixed and I have also made an enhancement with the equipment selection pulldown which, I feel, is quite nice.
Here is a complete list (small, but complete) of all issues worked on for this release:

[#0801-014 : [Technical Readouts] Remove synchronous AJAX call for fetching equipment
[#0801-005 : [Technical Readouts] Show weapon/equipment stats in dropdown prior to selecting
