Some very minor updates, all related to design changes. Nothing earth-shattering. I want to work on some enhancements next, which means it'll be a little while until the next update occurs.
Below is a complete list of all changes with this update
[#0711-018] : [Administration] If a submission is approved by the submitter, then no message or email should be sent
[#0711-013] : [Administration] Increase width of textarea when creating headlines
[#0711-016] : [Bar & Grill] Allow moderators to see hidden users
[#0711-015] : [Bar & Grill] Update page title for View Topic and Search
[#0711-017] : [Downloads] After submitting a download you should be brought to the View All page
