Made quite a few fixes/design changes over the last 10 days so I figured I'd upload the changes. The complete list is below. To see further information regarding a specific request you can go to the Electronic request System and enter the Request ID into the 'Jump To' box.

So, have you considered threading? It makes trying to reply so much easier...

It is fairly difficult to implement as it requires a complete overhaul of the "viewing" scripts. It also requires a tweak to the database as well to be able to support it. I still have the code I used on the old board, so it would probably take less time as I can take from that as needed.
