I've got a bunch of old comics I'm trying to sell, but there's no local market and so E-Bay is looking to be my one chance to sell them.
However, I have a few questions concerning how to handle things.
1. Does E-Bay charge a commission? If so, how much?
2. Is it possible to do transactions on E-Bay without the useage of Paypal?
3. If I do need a Paypal account, then do I need a credit card? Could I use a bank account or a bank debit card instead?

Be careful with e-bay. True story time:
Up here in Edmonton, a local radio host sold his friendship for $1 million monopoly dollars on e-bay... now they're trying to collect $18 000 in commission from him. Regardless of the currency used, they collect (3% IRC), in US funds.

Try searching the eBay and PayPal sites...the help sections for both are very well written.
