I threw away all that was left of my first battletech product today, a well-beaten third edition box (they still had the Warhammer on the cover then). I was rearranging my apartment, and simply could not justify keeping it.

No seriously mate, thats a shame. How long is it since you had a decent game? I break mine out about once a year.
So is this the end to your battletech life or just the physical game?

No, I still play...the box was just so broken down that there was no point in keeping it. I've got the Btech compendium now anyway, and tons of maps.

Lots of self adhesive tape. That's how I keep my first 3025 TRO more or less together and it is definetely how I saved the used Star League Sourcebook I found that long ago day in the bargain bin.

I don't want to say how does my first copy of BMR look like and all my TROs are covered with clear tape (basic protection, I don't intend to sell them).
