Gender: Male
Age: 26
MOS: Infantry, Special Forces, Mechwarrior.
Story: The character grew up in the Cappellan Confederation, and was the only child of a respected army officer. In a fit of jealousy, a rival accused the officer of a number of crimes. The officer and his wife were executed, but the character - fatefully - was spared due to his young age.
The character was forced into House Dai Dao Chi as a way of re-educating him and having him atone for his parents' perceived faults. While in the House, he proved to be a wunderkind. He was an unequalled sniper, a natural mech pilot, gifted with healing, and a skilled linguist.
What *everyone* failed to realize was that he had been playing the system the entire time. He had been absorbing whatever skills he was being taught in so that he could one day turn them against the CC.
His chance appeared when a friend of his father's made contact with him. Unbeknownst to everyone, this friend was an intelligence operative for the Draconis Combine. The character fled the Confederation, killing several Dai Dao Chi soldiers in the process. The operative helped him flee to Combine space, but was killed in the process.
While the character was hiding out in Combine space, he was recruited by Combine intelligence and given a Panther as a reward for his decision to join. However, the Maskirova was slowly starting to track him down. In resposne, the Combine gave him a new name, a new history, and a new face before sending him off to work as a mercenary. Not only would being a mercenary hide his location, but it would also allow him to set up Combine intelligence cells on whatever planet he got stationed at.
What I need help with: He has a +2 bonus with a Special Interest. Thing is, given the nature of his personality, I can't figure out what he would be interested in. Any thoughts?
