The moderators responsible for this can't be here day in and day out I'm falling behind in my own area atm due to a very heavy workload with long hours. And that pretty much how it goes, I've lost track of how many times this question has been asked in the past year

maybe what is needed is to have a small committee whose sole purpose is to validate reviews. That way they do not have to be burdoned with other duties, also there is less to validating reviews then to full moderating duties.

Well, I guess that the explanation may be much simpler. How much time to spare do you have before Christmas?

Bah, I'm still waiting on some to arrive in the mail
UPS put a delay on my shipment, in Oregon of all places. Thats a long ways from Michigan. So now my packages are scheduled to arrive 2 days AFTER christmas. I'd be PO'ed if it mattered, but since they're gifts for a friend I'm not going to visit till the 28th it works, as long as they're not delayed any further. Which they shouldn't be since they're at the local UPS distribution center now.

Be patient. It will happen eventually. Mods actually have lives outside of forums, or at least some of them do I think...

hey man. you need a bit more patience their grasshopper. please remember this important fact: everything on this site is voluntary and exists for everyones enjoyment. if Mordel wanted to as has happened once in our past, he could shut this site down and stop waisting his hard earned cash on us web-rats. He, however, chooses to part with said money so that we all can enjoy each others company and all the features.
Like Mordel, we moderators have chosen to offer our time weeding through the crap... errr, posts you guys post daily. I check at least 3 times a day on average and scan over 15 to 70 posts each time. I read them so that you can have a safe and enjoyable experience. I spend my minute or two per post as a service to everyone here. I do not have to, but i do choose too.
Now, you need to recognize that I am responsible for general moderation of posts, reviews, and new web links. Mordel picked Ralgith to handle design approval. My job is to read your posts. His job is to read and duplicate your submissions in HM Pro or whatever method to ensure the design is a valid design and the fluff is allowable for posting. This means that he spends a greater amount of time doing his mod duties then I do.
In addition, I am a disabled individual who is in a wheel chair with a missing right arm who only does four things in life: Emmy, school, therapy, and computers. I do not have a job or any children.
so basically, what I am getting at is this: be patient as the designs will get posted in time.
Hey, even I am waiting for a slew of designs to get posted.

Because there haven't been any. It's as simple as that. Sometimes designs take a few weeks, sometimes a few months, very rarely it takes only a few days. They'll be up whenever they're up. If you want it faster, then pony up some cash. The mods do all this stuff in their free time, and Mordel pays for the site to exist. Since you're not paying or spending time, be patient.

Actually no that's not what I meant... I was teasing Vagabond a bit instead... but that is a nicer translation

and sharpening our reviewing pencils...
until that time I'm just going to keep submitting new designs...and I've decided not to submit to Sleeping Dragon's omnimech critical location tyranny...just so long as you don't put more equipment in a place than you really could, it really does not matter where those endo and ferro crits go!!!
