I just considered those around the Sphere, I think that many clans would accept former Jaguars back in pentagon cluster, especially if they brought mechs with them. Blood spirits are quite eager to obtain anything, any mechs that can be obtained easily would be probably accepted, I'm not sure about the Ravens, they are on warden side. Hells Horses are still strong, but your cluster would be probably have to adopt large portion of conventional units. Cloud Cobras have strong crusader faction within their touman, or so I have heard. Only two choices remain from crusaders Ice Hellions and Fire Mandrills. I'm not sure about the other clans, but I think that Jade Falcons would like to accept former Jaguars, because the Falcons were allied with Jaguars and they had good relations with crusader Wolves after they split with the WiE. My informations may be terrible out of date and much may be different from the last update of my database...
... maybe the Combine would accept some specialists skilled in clan technology and protos, but there are still Nova Cats
