While I am not a big fan of the Rocket Launchers being used on mechs, this mech is decent enough for it's intended role, a milita mech.
Beyond that I can't see where you need to redo it or change anything.
Maybe swap out the RLs for something else but then the cost and all go up thus defeating the point of the mech.

It's more of a should i try to make something as funny or funnier, turn it into a serious combat mech or just leave it alone..
And also to get ideas from the rest here.
Like the Grillmaster.

Swap out the fusion engine for an ICE engine and go from there.

I would go for both yes variants (voted for serious mech), good joke mechs are always welcome, but making something useful with RLs is quite challenging (I'm not too successful at this, so I used joke option instead with Fireworks).
