A rocket helicopter and a rocket barge.

and a lot of armor (the normal version had so little armor than a medium laser
would cause it to explode).

While not carrying reloads, it can make a bad day for any poor bastard(s) it
masses fire at.

Wherever theres a war and the defenders are desprate for firepower.

Check out the Panzershrek threads. Rocket choppers are meant to be 1 shot and go home vehicles.

I won't certainly mount RLs on fusion engine choppers.

Well, the fusion engine on VTOL is at least protected by it's speed, but the same thing cannot be said about the rocket barge.

Agreed. Fusion engines don't belong on RL machines. If they had ICE engines, they'd be just fine.

Then again, RLs don't belong on machines in the first place, but that's not the issue we're discussing.

Uhh for me it depends on what rule set you use. Some of the fusion vehicles can be pretty nasty and with LV 3 vehicle rules they can be very very nasty.
