I doubt that it would help, Vagabond would use Angel ECM to disable the detector and mimetic armor to hide the trap.

OK, next time someone bring an ascension gun with a triple lenght cord. I doubt vagabond can dig that deep without collapsing the bar.

The ECM can be programed to leave some frequencies alone and there are other simple solutions like string, or the trap can be built for certain weight.

No, I was still talking about how to get Michael in the Pit even if he tries to avoid it. Lurch, or 'Raven' from our waitress are other, more nasty variants.

Turning, he heads into the B&G and quickly notices a bunch of wet people. Shaking his head he walks over to Talen and points at him. "BOIL will get their parking space boy-o!" Finally he turns and looks for Vagabond.
Seeing him he hands him a packet of blue papers. "Mr. Vagabond," he says, drawing himself up in an official capacity and fixing his tie, "I am hereby informing you that your patent for the pit trap has been denied due to Patant Law Book 843795, Chapter 4345234, Sub-Chapter 8, Paragraph 15, Sub-Paragraph 45, Footnote 17, Sub-Footnote A. Which reads: 'Pit traps, or any invention mimicing such a device, as to be determined by the Pit Trap Committee from the 3rd Tier of the BOIL organization, shall not be copyrighted due to the pocesstion of BOIL copyright AY63-V18994-GH311 (x) of the Intersteller Copyright Office.'"
Raven stops reciting from memory and then grins, "Any chance for a beer?"
