On open terrain it will use it's speed to close on the enemy (only few mechs and fast vehicles can move away from 7/11/6 and fire on it with something that will discourage the pursuit) and don't be fooled with pulse lasers (it's a clan mech) thanks to the TC you may run and shoot them on target 12 hex-fields away with modifiers for walking and being in medium range with other weapon and the accuracy grows rapidly with closing on the enemy.
With heat I don't see it as problem. Clans are notorious for ignoring the heat and alpha strike and with full jump will just slow it down to 6/9/6, still enough to disengage from most opponents, that are able to outgun it. It doesn't have ammo, so only thing that may worry you is reactor shutdown in third round of jumping and alpha striking (you don't want to do that too often, do you?).

The problems i have talked about can be dangerous if you don´t have the right tactics.
They are not big problems so i gave it an above average rating. I compared the range to the range of other clan-mechs, so against IS-mechs it is very dangerous! (but wich clan-mech wouldn´t?!)
This one is a good one for my fighting stile and if i would play clans i would take it!

I just tried to warn you from underestimating it. And don't be fooled, there are only few clan mechs that can avoid getting in to the range, even on open map.

One thing i´ve learned in about 18 years of BT is never to underestimate any mech!
If you ignore a mech you will give it the chance to kill you (even if there is only a small chance for certain mechs)!
