While sitting on one of the best places for thinking in the house I got an idea. What if all SRMs on COM-2D are replaced with small lasers (4 RA, 2LT, 2 CT, 2 RT) and two tons of ammo are replaced with armor and an additional heat sink. This looks nasty for level 1 mech and it would even keep the original look of the mech, so the enemy would be surprised. (Another variant may be equipped with lots of machine guns). There are no statistics for the mech yet (yes, my laziness).
