We're talking House Sacrifice not Marik or Davion. Plus, pulling off the jump jets gets you the 1.5 tons to put on the ECM and turn the armour into stealth.
Still its an effective upgrade.
This is 3060 upgrade kit. I didn't want it to make drastic structural changes beyond necessity. Armor is the same as on HBK-4G model, JJs are quite useful in difficult terrain, and in 3060 there was no stealth armor (this design is about three non-game years old). CASE can be the difference between the salvageable machine and piece of junk.
