Not really, i think the Bears are content to let sleeping Dragons lie for now while they adjust to the situation.. These are the Ghost Bears we are talking about.. they have plenty of patience (something sadly lacking with most clans).. but get them mad and they stop thinking..

If the bears will be good neighbors, we may work out some kind of deal and then crush our common enemies (Davies for example, some kind of reason to strike them is always at hand).

Bears will be good neighbours if the Crusader Wolf Clan stop inciting trouble.
Being in the FRR means that the Wolves and Bears are just a stone throw away. Comstar (assuming Precentor Martial Victor Davion will) should strike a deal with the Bears to wipe out Vlad and his Wolves.
