1) What's so special about it? From the stats in Heavy Metal Pro, I see that they have two things that set them apart: They do the same damage as SRMs but at longer range, and they have a minimum range (which no other Clan missile system has).
2) What book are they listed in? I've looked through my copy of the Master Rules, but I can't find anything about them.

| Its in the revised master rules (Not the one with the Zeus on it, the one with the Timber Wolf on it). Its in both the soft and hard cover versions.

1. The thing that is so 'special' about them is the ammo for it. It has 3 ammo types. Short range, medium range, and long range. The short range does 3 damage per missile with a range of 9. The medium does 2 with the range of 15. And the long does 1 each with a range of 21. It also has a built-in Artemis IV type system as well.
2. They should be listed in the Revised Master Rule book.
