*sigh* Once again I disagree with DarkAdder on a review. Though before I start, I want to say that it is, once again, a good review, it explains his statements. I just never happen to agree with them!
He did give this one four stars. But the three previewers before him had given it five stars. Including me, I consider this the best assault 'mech in existance in the year 3025.
Now, the problem I have with this review is the first sentence:

 What is it that you want? As far as I see it, in its time and day, this was just about the strongest ranged combat 'mech out there.
Ok, the Archer and Longbow may be contenders, but they are dedicated missile ships.
As far as the other 3 canon 100 tonners go?
Atlas - has one LRM20. More than the Imp's 15 LRMs, but it does not support two PPCs.
King Crab - Also has an LRM15, but then the next longest range weapon is a large laser. Which I'd call a medium range weapon. And only one. To the Imp's 2 PPCs.
Marauder II - this has the 2 PPCs. But lacks the LRM15. Which the LL does not make up for.
See what I mean? Those weapons, combined with 30 (!!!) heat sinks and 5 medium lasers make the Imp absolutely evil!
