Here's another 'mech dripping with personality. Although, I must admit, not as much as the Grell.

==Overview:==
The chronically impoverished Legion of Vega, after a particularly hard
campaign, found itself at a severe shortage of functioning battlemechs, but
enjoyed plentiful spare parts, mostly from their own destroyed machines. One
particularly ingenious tech, after seeing several 'mechs piled upon each
other, got the idea of putting the machines together into strange, but
otherwise functional, "frankenmechs". The second he and his technical staff
scrounged together was the Restoar

The torso of the Restoar is what was left of a Quickdraw after it got into a
duel with a Thunderbolt. What is most amazing is that the torso was never
touched, but all the limbs were shot away. Replacing those limbs, are the left
arm of a Pheonix Hawk, the right arm of a Bombardier, and the legs of a
Dragon. The Head, again quite likely the most intact piece of equipment on the
'mech, is what was left of a Trebuchet that got too close to an enemy
Hunchback.

==Capabilities:==
The Restoar is another example of a relatively good machine being created from
scratch. The LRM system gives it ranged punch, while the lasers and SRMs give
it killing power at short range. While not a stand-up match for most heavy
'mechs, the Restoar is more than capable of taking down 'mechs lighter than
itself.
