I always lead my troops from the front.
As for 3 rounds, not on my paycheck man, I've got a wife and 2 kids back home, and I'm getting my pay docked 10% atm for that brawl I was in a few weeks back... It seems that senior officers, even Lt. Colonels, aren't supposed to get involved in that kinda thing... don't know why. Thankfully it didn't hold back my promotion.
