in close or urban enviorment this mech rules but the loss of the erlarge laser hurts it in the open also its armour is quite light for a close range 100t brawler this lowers my rating considerably also the questionable placment of the ermds should be swapped with dhs in the torso imo

This is an IS design, so DHS won't fit in legs, 3/2 spaces need/available. That is the reason for the lasers in the legs. They could be shifted to the CT and the SSRM-4+Ammo be put in a leg though.
As for the armor being a bit thinner than normal, in play testing this it didn't matter because it tore opponents open and put them down normally in 1-2 turns. Including a Daishi Widowmaker, which is also a beast. This bad boy took down 3 other 100 tonners in its first field test, as well as 2 heavies. The 5th kill also killed it same turn however, because by then my CT was pretty well flayed, as was left arm. A lucky through armor crit on my right torso touched off my remaining 3 AC shots there, and the CT was just slagged (took 2 PPCs to the chest with 3 armor left) taking 4 engine crits that round all told. Was fun though

That would've helped me. I didn't know that Light engines weren't developed until 3060+ until someone told me. I then had to change about 10 'mechs I'd designed to either use XL or standard engines. _________________ Evil is like a bowl of oranges. Only one, instead, is an orange of DOOM.
