Yes, it is sub-par. This was my cheap shot at all the RL 'Mechs in 3067, many of which sacrifice normal (effective) armaments for more RLs than necessary. RLs do have their place, but that place is not in the primary weapon role. Packing on six RL 20s (the RL Catapult, I think) is just excessive, especially when you could have higher performance from normal weapons and be cheaper. This one is more of a joke 'Mech than anything.
