What they don't tell you is that few will get close enough. In-fighting is just not something this chassis should be trying to do. As for infantry, this 'mech has enough speed that infantry should generally not pose a problem for it. Let the slower 'mechs and the elementals worry about mopping up infantry. Some EW would be a better defense against hidden infantry than those machine guns.

Just reading reviews of my old submitted designs. Got a few things to poke around with this one. Ok, under normal movement mod rules, mud is right. This rarely makes it in close. However, I use (and design for) the Max Tech move mods, where it excells. Now, the infantry, the MGs arent for DEFENSE against Infantry, but offence. It's an infantry killer, run 3 of these with a Prime (use to locate the infantry) and voila, the next is gone. Period. I also use this one against those pesky artillery batteries, run through enemy lines at top speed, raze the arty, and run right back to your own lines.
