| in custom designing are we going to see any Lev.3 weapons and equipment?or any of the other IS weapons like the Mech mortars or even LAM designs?

No idea. If Composite internals structure became available I could enter a certain artillery mech.

Are the vehicle TROs ever going to go up? I remember some talk about that awhile ago...my offer to enter them still stands.

Level 3 stuff should evntually make it.
Vehicles and what not eventually will too.
I can't say when. This site is not my main priority at the moment.  But every now and then I get the urge to update.

Take your time Mordel. We'd love to see the new stuff but we don't want you to become tired of this site or frustrated, etc. A hobby shouldn't be viewed as a job. If you say to yourself, " I have to update", instead of, "I want to update". Then it's time to step back and take a breather. I forgot that with my model railroading and now I hardly even think about it anymore.
