==Overview:==
Despite its potential as a weapon of war, the Victor has always had a
problem with its main gun. The original weapon, the AC/20, put put a great
deal of heat, had limited range and ammo, and occupied almost the entire arm.
The Guass Rifle replacement is unstable, and can potentially explode.
When the RAC/5 came out, the decision was made to make the Victor, a
mainstay of the Davion military, a testbed for the new machine.

My own RAC Victor mounts Streak SRMs, but this has a nicer, more rounded weapons selection. Why the small laser? I suppose it's more preference than anything else, but I'd but mounting a second MG instead.
