==Overview:==
A popular enough fighting machine, it was no surprise when Earthworks
Incorporated purchased the rights to set up a Hunchback manufacturing plant in
the Free Worlds League. What has caught people by surprise, however, is the
model being produced.
About the time that Earthworks got the rights, the Free Worlds League
military secretly asked some of the mech production facilities in their space
to consider building updated versions of older machines using new tech.
Heeding this call, Earthworks responded with the Hunchback III.
==Capabilities:==
The main armament of the Hunchback III is a Light Guass Rifle, a
brand-new piece of technology. Although it lacks the punch of the AC/20 that
was the staple, it instead has a far longer range. The three lasers that have
normally supported it have been upgraded to three ER Medium Lasers, and a
Guardian ECM and an SRM 2 rack have been added, the SRM ammo protected by
CASE. In the process, the mech is now at almost full armor protection and
posesses DHS.
