Notes:

Laser Reflective: the Maxtech version halves damage from all energy weapons and doubles damage for falls.

Blue Shield: reduces PPC damage by half but everytime the unit is activated roll 2d6 on a 2 the system overloads and does 5 dmg to the internal of all locations [including head].

This means a Clan PPC does a mear 4 damage [round up]. There ER LL a mear 5 damage. This in effect cripples over 75% of all mechs in both the Clans and Inner Sphere.

I didn't think the Laser reflective armor affected PPC's.

Evidently, Maxtech removed that weakness to PPCs in favor of double falling damage. I was just as suprised as i'm sure you are, yet it exists there in print none-the-less.
