What I want to do is get your opinions. I want lights that are unique/rare to each house. 2 per house that you would see in their house units often. Maybe a pair you'd see in 3025 and a pair you'd see in the 3067 edition.

I want some of your guys opinions on this, mainly because I've never really paid attention except to Draconis Combine and House Liao. I want to see if it takes 1, 2 or 3 of each of these designs to take out the worst mech ever designed. The 3067 Charger with the Rocket Launchers.
This is mainly because I have this warped and twisted mind that wants to know if I field 3 or 4 of them as a "scout" lance they'd might stand a chance against opposing lights.

Stingers, I suppose. Hornet's somewhat more common too. Firestarter or Javelin might appear in numbers too. Go with a Javelin.

The VIndicator isn't a Light.
Although they do deploy hordes of them in 3025.
Nothinjg else on the list of available 3025 Lights stick out. Ravens perhaps, but they'd hardly be common. Guess you might be stuck with a Locust, Stinger or Wasp. I'd go with a Locust to offset your Urby's speed. But honestly, Urbies shouldn't see frontline combat duty of any kind. They're good as support in cities, or for infantry. They're decent on defense, and might take a stationary objective, but thats it.

The standard Charger is far worse. Actually, the Liao Large laser CHarger might be worse. Flea's are kinda busted too. And that Liao Wasp is rather tough to deploy.
Hmm, Liao sure got some suck-ass Mechs to deploy...

Against slower lights, you bet! The RL CHarger as well as the SL one both have considerable speed and significant armor. Sure, it sucks compared to another Assault, but it's great compared to Mediums, and awesome compared to Lights.
The only chance the Lights have is to avoid point blank range. If they're fast enough to do that consistently, erring on the side of caution, they'll be fine.
