I think this one is very interesting, and would hinge on the skills of the two combatants.
Equal skills, I'd say Davion wins 3 out of 5...

Liao here.
The Vindicator and the Enforcer are pretty evenly matched, the Blackjack can take down the Valkyrie, and the Urbies can hold the Javelins off.
I'd have the Blackjack and Vindicator taking potshots at range while the two group close then I'd open up with the Urbies at the Enforcer when it reaches range. When that one is pretty well damaged, switch over to another while the Blackjack and Vindicator switch from support to mop up duties.

Personally, I like Javelins because they are oft overlooked. However in the scenario presented they have the thinnest armor so as my potshot crew was shotting at range I would spread the rounds out amongst the closing enemies. Concentrating on the Enforcer to soften it up a little before siccing the Urbies on it, then the potshot crew switches to the other mechs til the Enforcer is really hurt, then the Urbies switch over to another target and the potshot crew becomes mop-up crew.
