The Large is better. The light is still to powerful though. 10 damage at a range of 27 would rule the field. Mabey keep the heat the same and lower the damage to 5. or make it 10 heat and 5 damage.

Ok, these are Very Kewl. But i agree with our esteemed Snow Raven, the Large one is Kicken'. But the small one needs some work... here is my suggestion.
Small ER PPC
Dmg:9
Heat:12
Mass:5 tons
Crits:2
Ranges:1-8/9-16/17-24 (more reasonible, in fact its excellent)
BV:412
Cost:300,000 C-Bills
Large ER PPC
Dmg:20
Heat:20
Mass:8 tons
Crits:3
Ranges:1-5/6-10/11-15 (minimum 4, you would have back-ups for closer ranges)
BV:425
Cost:800,000 C-Bills

I was thinking the small should be about 7 damage and 9 heat. Let it fit between the ML and the LL.
