This is a one of a kind mech using the latest ECM system the clans have.Since
the clans dont have stealth armor.This mech's armor is coated with a special
compound that absorbs radar.

This mech is able to stay in a short fight if it is spotted.It is armed with
one ER Large Pulse Laser,two ER Medium Pulse Lasers and to help back those

Who built this one-of-a-kind? They seem to have access to both clanner tech and IS tech.
And why did they build it?
