ICER stumbles in the door to the "Bar and Grill" after a particularly hard day at his real job. The bartender gave ICER a wave, but ICER was unable to raise his own arm in response. He slid into Talen's booth and let his head smack into the table as he gave up supporting his head for the day. But instead of the usual "thwack" sound he usually heard when crashing down on Mordel's table he heard a muffled "fwap". He opened his eyes and found himself staring at dropship transport records. His head lifted and he began to read the doucments to himself.
Talen returned from the bar and found ICER sitting in the booth reading his papers. ICER looked over and frowned.
"Why, Sir?" he asked pitifully.
Talen just stared at his employee, then sat down at the bar and began shuffling more papers and data cards.
"There are some things in life we need to do, ICER," Talen whispered. "This is one of those things I must do."
ICER nodded in acknowledgement, but not agreement. His eyes darted across the papers as he read the details.
"It will take some time to get there," ICER said quietly.
"Yes" Talen responded gathering up the papers into 3 seperate piles.
ICER looked over at the BOIL table. "Do they know?" he asked.
"Gangrene knows something is up, but Raven is clueless as always. I was able to plan the trip without going through BOIL's reach. It will take longer, but at least this way I can get my mission completed in secret."
ICER looked over the papers one more time, then remembered how tired he was. His head went back down to the table and Talen gathered all the remaining papers.
"So much time, so little to do" Talen said quietly with a smile.

Talen runs into the B&G with several dozen papers in hand.
"ICER!" Talen shouts. At the bar ICER jumps in his seat, hitting his leg against the bar counter. A few curses later ICER turns around and notices Talen in his usual Ghost Bear/TDT attire. He is already sitting at his usual table and motioning for ICER to join him. ICER mumbles something about not wanting to get hit again and reluctantly stumpbes over, a plate of buffalo wings in hand. As he sits down one of the buffalo wings bounces off and stops dangerously close to Talen's documents. Talen's gaze does not rise above the other papers he is holding, but he scowls in the way that ICER knew he was in trouble.
"What you need, boss?" ICER asks, then grabs a wing off the plate.
"What are the dates for the F-33?" he asks.
"Um..." ICER mutters, then starts counting on his sauce covered fingers. "I think the 13th and the 29th."
"Good, good," Talen smiled, still not taking his eyes off the papers. Without looking he grabbed a wing off of ICER's plate and started eating.
"Whats good?" ICER asked.
"The timing," Talen said, finishing the wing off, "the timing could not be better! If my sources are correct, then the Jordan Formula testers will be operating on the Silverstone. My timing will be perfect..."
ICER smiled though he had no idea what his boss was talking about. Talen laughed, and ordered a beer.

I am just glad he has not been to the mechbay lately. The last Suds warhead test did not go to well.
Although the mechs are now nice a clean. the office was soaked.

Aff, The office,mechs,tools,floors,stairs,ceiling,all nice and clean.
If this fails as a weapon. It would make a great household cleaner.

"ICER" Talen shouts as he walks in the bar late one night. Moans from all directions as angy patrons growl at the loud noises. ICER lifts his head from the table and tries to focus in on the sound.
"What boss?" ICER mumbles.
"I have 2 days left," Talen shouts, "and you STILL havent gotten the figures for the Bubble Mines yet!"
ICER flails around the table for a piece of paper. "Here it is!"
"Good," Now, get my load papers done for the Dropship...I have to work on the passenger manifest."
Talen sits down, orders a RC Edge, and goes over papers with ICER.

Talen pulls up to the Bar and Grill in a taxi and walks in. He motions ICER over, whispers something, then walks out.
ICER jumps on the table nearest him.
"TALEN's GONE!!! PAAAAAAARTY!" he shouts at the top of his lungs. Everyone stares at ICER for a few seconds.
"Drinks on Ruger!" ICER shouts, and within seconds the entire bar is in an uproar.
Talen looks in from outside...
"Have fun," he whispers, "I'll be back for all of you soon enough..."
With that Talen got into the taxi and headed off to the space port.
OOC: Off to England for 2 weeks...I'll be back later!
