I'd keep the SRM 4 and ditch the 2 rear facing meds in favor of armor.

I still like rear facing lasers on some of the bigger mechs. I recently won a battle partly in thanks to the 2 med lasers in the back of my archer and atlas. I was able to put my Atlas where I wanted him without worring about the other guy getting behind me. His poor light kept getting torn up because of them. But then again I kept losing initiative, so I needed something to help compensate for that.

Yeah, I like rear arc weapons also, just don't think the QKD is heavy/slow enough to really need em.
