This is my lovely little Owens mech outfitted as a strike-hit and run 'mech.
Owens-Level 2 Light strike mech (35tons)
Walk MP=7
Run MP=11
Jump MP=5
12 Double Heat sinks
Armour= 7.5tons (Standard)

Battle Value=1100
I find this mech is an amazing short range strike mech (Do not use in campaign, ammo?). The manouverability and the short range weapons make it an exellent vehicle, infantry and VTOL killer. However, fighting mechs you would be best to tackle mechs up to 50 tons or strike from behind. A good ambusher and base attacker. Mobility plays havoc against high tech ammo weapons (Gauss rifles, etc). It is best to work in groups of 3 or four.

Does Clan and IS weapons mix make it a lvl 3? Also I like to see straight mechs from a single tech group.
Looks like a Jenner but puches like a Commando.
Your move set up was spot on though.
AWAD- 7/11 is the best light mech move to weapons load ratio out there.
