Two questions
1, If you fire a TAG in a round, you cannot fire any weapons that same round, correct?
2. If you lose your left torso and fall faceing 5. and your right arm is missing. Can you fire the weapons mounted in the right torso at a target located in the front arc?

1 that is correct to my knowledge you can't fire tag and weapons at the same time. that's why i don't use mechs with tag
2 yes you can fire your turso mounted weapons. i had a sit. like that this past weekend

You could fire your torso weapons while standing. As you're missing an arm you cannot prop and fire under the level 2 rules.

Actually, he's missing both arms based on his description. But in either case, when you are prone, you need both arms to fire any weapons at all. Even with just one arm you can't prop and fire. The reason being is you need both arms to push yourself up. Don't even ask me about the mechs with no arms like the locust and others. 
And I always thought you COULD fire Tag and other weapons at the same time. I don't really use Tag, but the last time I did, I fired that along with my other weapons. Was that incorrect? Normally I'd just open my rulebook and look, but I'm at work and don't usually carry it around with me.

You can't fire TAG along with any other weapon
And I paraphrased the rule saying "if you're missing an arm you can't prop"...so the fact he's missing both doesn't matter much

Well. I was half right, But since he did not take damage from the torso weapons. It really does not matter

Hopefully he didn't take ANY damage from any weapons. Because the fact remains that 'mechs without an arm cannot fire any weapons at all. That includes weapons in the other arm, head, legs, whatever.

you need both arms to prop naww i don't think so if i can do it i know a mech could do it. i had a prone awesome still fire 3 ppc's at me.

Under Battletecdh's level 2 rules a mech needs both arms to prop.
That's the rule, like it or not

BMR, page 31, left hand column, half way down.
I think it's on the bottom of the left column on page 32 in the revised BMR, but I haven't memorized the pages of that one so it's just an educated guess.
