Hey all! I am back from christmas break and a long hiatus away from a reliable computer. Then I get back Jan 5th and my phone is dead!!! SOMEONE CUT THE LINE WHEN REPAIRING A BURST WATER PIPE!! UGH. My building management is incompetent.
Anyway, what posts should I look at and what should I skip?

Welcome back. Now you too know the truth: things are getting so specialized that service people often manage to shut off something while repairing another. The security company I work for has seen this so often that question #2 in error location is "has the phone company been here?". The phone guys have this irrational desire to disconnect all extra devices, including the alarm system.

I've decided that the vast majority of people are stupid. I mean come on, WHY are they touching things that they don't understand????? Ah well. I'm back now!
