The HD-6 chassis was designed to give a mech with a speed above 215 kph with

out using the dangerous MASC equipment it has a somewhat  smaller weapon

capacty than the HD-1 chassis it was developed from

The HD-6 A varient carries 4 ER small lasers combined with the extremly high

speed gives it good operatunitys for flanking slower machines to rip at the

thinner rear armour at the same time avioding fireing arcs

The HD-6 series was introduced just as the ODF decided that 15 ton mexhs were

too small to serve with ODF unit and most are deployed with malitia units

though a few have been exported
