Harper's Hunters, a small mercenary company, modified their old -6R Wolverines with new tech once they scraped together the money. Inspiration and technical specs were found in other variants. This particular variant is a hybrid of the -6/7M and the -7K. The heat sinks were replaced with the new freezers, and the side torsos were rebuilt with CASE panels. The AC/5 was replaced with an ER Large Laser by Diverse Optics, reminding us of both the -6M and -7M. A second medium laser was mounted in the left arm, just like on the -6M variant. As a finishing touch a second Harpoon-6 SRM launcher was added, bringing more firepower for "close encounters". Just like the -7K has. Besides, now there's less problems using Inferno ammo for the SRMs. The other launcher can still be loaded with regular ammo, keeping the firepower high.

So do I, but I still haven't gotten around to testing it in battle. If someone has the opportunity to play with modified mechs and likes this one, please test it and report.
