Saw it and actually enjoyed it.
Beginning of movie is mostly background and character setting type information. It kind of drags a little bit, but is interesting if you have read the comics at all. Once he Hulks out, the movie is actually very exciting and visually well done.
I was afraid I wouldn't like it as I really don't like the ads for it. The CGI looks really kind of sucky in the ads, but sitting in the movie theater those scenes actually flowed very well, and I kind of forgot it was an animation.
I went expecting to see Shrek on steroids, instead saw a pretty decent movie.
