June or July...I can't remember which...

Each book is 320 pages long, and will cost $29.95...

And BTW, there will be around 100 feats to choose from in the PHB...since they added so many from the later sources...

Heh...I almost suceeded in getting my GM to let me go 3.5ed Ranger, just cause he likes the rules so much...


That would help me face an NPC i had to create....Goddam level 6 with 78 HP!

Our fix for the munchiness of the 2nd edition Bard when casting Mage spells was to treat his levels as level/2 for mage spell effects, since that is essentially how he learns his spells.

That way at 5th when he throws a magic missle, he doesn't get 4 missles, he only gets 2. This toned him down significantly, and still let him be a very nice adder to the party.

That sounds reasonable, yes. The high casting level was the main complaint people had about the 2nd ed bard. Mainly the mages complaining and the bards defending it
