Hardware walks through the front door and stops, stunned by the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Lurch, ever vigilant, stands by the front door mummified in dust and spiderwebs.
Hanging his bandolier and pistol belt on a peg next to the "no weapons" sign he pulls a flare out of one of the pouches on the belt and strikes it on his heel. Holding the guttering flare and using it to torch a clear path through the low hanging webs he walks into the tomblike bar and grill.
The slippery texture of the floor and a small squeak tell him he is walking on something. Lowering the torch he sees something that through the layer of dust at first looks like masses of worms, but he quickly realizes that it is just a layer of rubber bands. Amused, he returns to navigating a path to the bar.
As he nears the bar a figure looms out of the gloom. It is Chihawk, still manning his post, wiping the bar with a cloth.
"The cleaning company get nuked or something?" he says, wiping most of the grime off a barstool.
Taking a seat and letting the flare fall to the floor he orders, "Rum and coke, assuming you've got a clean glass back there." _________________ The more I get to know people the more I like my dog.

Always have a clean glass
Looks like Mordel may need to shut down the Steakhouse again...lots of people like to talk a good game but when push comes to shove they don't want to show if they can play.

24 days after some unknown person launched the RB-MIRV, Kage returns to the desolate place known as the steakhouse.
Under one arm he is carrying a large box of holodisks labelled SteakTrix.
After surveying the decay, he sidles up to the bar and orders a soft drink and a vodka shot, handing each person a disk as he goes.
Walking over to the nearest holo-projector, he inserts one, salutes the image as it begins (downing the drink rapidly thereafter) and sits back to enjoy the show.

Geo slowly walks in, and deposits his laser pistol in the "No Weapons" bin and proceeds to walk in, still slightly ashamed of his actions during the rubberband fight, the remnants of which still litter the floor. Even the broken down pillbox with the MG inside is still in the corner.
"Gimmie a Sobe... and put it on my tab. I'll promise I'll pay someday. Oh and that is a Sobe:Power."

Kyu, The Holo-Projectors are those little black, round, eye-like devices you see everywhere.... Use the Tri-Vid in the Corner, to watch your stuff on....
