I was playing around in the heavy 'mechs to see if anything struck my fancy, ironically, it was in one of my earliest white elephant 'mechs I found inspiration. In times past, I had considered the Jagermech less than useless - I don't anymore, but that's off on a tangent - and didn't use them. With this nice little number, I can alternate fire with the cannons and lasers, or mix and match. Heat curve is razor thin, but nowadays, I've learned to manage it better. Tell me what you think.

==Overview:==
This was the Federated Suns attempt to give the JagerMech a more solid reputation and make the deisgn more durable. Unfortunately it was a failure. The new chassis was poorly designed and the T&T system has numerous glitches that have never been worked out. As a result of this, production of this variant has ceased and the few that are out there have been assigned to militia units through the Federated Suns.
One such machine was all that Princess Yvonne Davion could spare to the Harvesters' RCT. The machine was assigned to Joseph Garbo, who immediately went about altering it. Since the Ultra autocannons were heavy and unreliable, Joe switched them out for a pair of Rotary autocannons. Though also heavy and somewhat erratic, these cannons have better range and spread. Joe also removed half of the CASE system and all extra cooling equipment. In its place he added jump jets and more armor. Although on a razor thin heat curve, the JM7-DJ is an excelllant support machine. The problematic electronics have been swapped out and the chassis reinforced as well.

I personally prefer the RAC 5 if you are going to mount a RAC, but this does have potential.

Well, I can do that, but then it has less staying power...and just reminds me of a big Rifleman. But it does radiate an aura of supreme firepower. Too bad there aren't enough heatinks to use it. Feel free to twink this design, if it's not what you were looking for.

Speed is not a concern of a support machine, CASE is because even if the machine is toast, that will insure it's salvagable. Pilot safety is also nice.
