According to Suncoast's 'Replay' magazine, the Cowboy Bebop OAV "Knocking on Heaven's Door" is expected out sometime in January as a theatrical release.

It should be the December issue. I just got it in the mail yesterday. They only mail them every other month. It was in an article talking about anime- Bebop in particular.

It was a few pages after the article blaming the impending 2000-2001 Writer's Strike for all the bad movies this year.
