Overview:
    Made in commemoration of what would have been Nicholas Kerensky's centennial, the Atlas IIC
    is a mixture of the original Atlas and the Atlas II with Clan technology.  It is a beast as
    a result, capable of matching up to the later Dire Wolf. This does however make it easy to
    trigger an automatic shutdown if firing its heavy armament all at once.
    
    The 'Mech, like the Orion IIC, is guarded from would-be takers by Clan Wolf with ferocity.
