Horhiro cautiously enters the quiet, dusty tavern. Spotting Hardware slumped in the corner he begins slapping him into conciousness. "BAKA! I told you to blow off that merc contract and come with us! Even Casey managed to jump in from New Avalon to be there!"
Moving as gracefully as a tiger, he passes by the jukebox and gives it a swift kick. "We Are the Champions" by Queen begins playing. He then strides up to the bar, catching Chihawk's attention. "I'll take you up on that free drink you promised in return for my assistance. And one large cup of black coffee for our colleague in the corner."
"By the way, where's Mordel? We're finally done scraping the remenants of his Mongoose off our Naginata. We'll need a little touch up on the paint job, but it seems the Mongoose hasn't lived up too its namesake. The snakes are alive and well!"

TBC are "The Bloody Clans", a merc group formed on some of the old online games long before the Clans were around. And there are a lot of members...
And Horhiro can have a few free beers...thanks again for the save dude.

There is a web page out there on the TBC...
Hmm www.thebloodyclans.org is the main site.. there are a couple connections there, but the best one are probably the TBC Main and the Swarm pages.

The thing I always hated about those damned TBCers was it didn't matter what 'mech you selected, they would take a few Locusts and have you killed within seconds. Most embarassing moment of my life!
Of course, my proudest moment also came at the expense of the TBCers when I was Captain-General of the Free Worlds League. Wanted to take Atreus did you? Well, ok, you did, but I gaurantee you met a lot more resistance then you ever expected!  And as I recall, I believe it was the toughest house ever to capture.
I always felt I did a good job as Captain-General. Unfortunately I had a XO that did everything in his power to do exactly the opposite of what I wanted to do. I forgot his name though.

It is not the icon I hate as much as the fact that Star Adder ranks are not up yet. And I still have to wear Comstar ranks!!
