Overview:
    The custom configuration of Utica Devon-Dolman before her development of the Aparctias (and
    later marriage), this Huntsman was modified for pirate-hunting after being captured as
    isorla during the second Combine-Ghost Bear conflict. While it has changed hands many times,
    it has served with distinction in the Rasalhague Dominion.

Capabilities:
    Short-ranged and lacking somewhat in overall firepower, it still excels in disrupting the
    opponent. By spiking their heat and applying pressure, it degrades greatly the capabilities
    of anyone facing it. While intended primarily to break the will of pirate rabble bringing a
    mixed force of looters, scout vehicles, and raiders to heel - it can still drop harder
    targets with ease.

Deployment:
    In duels and Trials when used to teach inexperienced ristars a humbling lesson, Utica will
    frequently bid away her Jump Jets and Targeting Computer. Anyone approaching her machine
    with hubris will quickly learn why she doesn't need them. The Remote Sensor Dispensers allow
    her to track targets in dense terrain, and are then used to record educational trideo.

Notable MechWarriors:
    Utica Devon-Dolman would later become a pariah among Clan Ghost Bear after facing the Hell's
    Horses invasion of the Wolf Corridor along the path to Terra. While fearsome against
    combined arms and a particular terror to the Horses, she was severely wounded during
    Operation Noyan.
    
    After a falling-out with her command in the aftermath of Operation Noyan, the "Saintess of
    Gunzburg" changed her philosophy to favor integration with the KungsArmé. She then
    proceeded to Trial her own command immediately after receiving her RTD for further medical
    treatment of Spheroid veterans injured in the conflict under her orders. They had been
    provided with the bare minimum of care; she considered this unacceptable.
    
    Virtually exiled to Spittal as a "technology liason" and test pilot, she remains a popular
    figure - particularly to the Gunzburg Eagles, Fourteenth Provisional Garrison Cluster, and
    3rd Drakøns. Though given utmost respect for her achievements, she is now treated somewhat
    as a mascot-like figure and there is an unofficial document of "Dolman Rules" for
    interacting with her. Among them is "Paraphasia is a serious medical condition, not a
    call-sign generator," and "Do not throw the Captain for 'recon purposes' (even if she tells
    you to)."

As part of finishing the Aparctias project, I made a named variant for a named pilot. Given that I had a pilot who had a history, I decided to make a mech for that history - what would it look like, or represent, for a Clanner that was in a process of "going native?"

Part of the design goals was to build a sub-2K BV Huntsman. It's just a Wolverine with extra steps; how can it be that expensive?? I think in the process it took a substantial nerf. But it does what it says on the tin, and would be effective against the enemies that it was intended for.
