Overview: Weighting in at 2000kg, the Zoot suits defining feature are the slabs of armor covering it. And the Claws. As much psycological weapon as utility the obviousness of these systems hides the smaller traits that aid in its close ranged lethality. For anti-armor work a heavy caliber machine gun will happily poke holes through defenders... and the side of the ship. For cases where a more delicate touch is needed a high powered shreeder will make short work of anyone not in heavy armor. The fact that the plastic block used is hypergolic just adds to the terror of facing it on a spacecraft. Mounts for a pair of comventional weapons gives options when lower tiers of force are required. In fact one is almost certainly a less lethal option to help deal with prisoners.
Capabilities: Zoot suits are a specialty bit if kit only used by ship board marines. The imposing suit is specialized towards the close confines engagements of boarding actions. And nearly unusable anywhere else.
Deployment: The majority of Zoot Suits are deployed on Rodeo Class Corvettes. Most oftened tasked with border patrol, having the ability to say, "No... you really will be heaving to" without blowing apart a ship that contains civilians is considered a more optimal choice. In such operations each Zoot Suit is estimated to be worth 22.5 normal marines each.
