Capabilities:
The problem is the TSM. Including it increases the Balance Value we use to tailor our force
for best psychological impact by nearly 20%, and increases the price tag dramatically. In
addition its inclusion short stopped the use of better structural materials that could of
been used to enhance protection and firepower.
But what makes it more infuriating is the small lasers that seem added just to help control
the heat. They seem like they're placed to deliberately get in the way of using the TSM for
physical attacks. And they barely overheat the mech. What they really should of done was
use a pair of ER small lasers instead of a second pair of small lasers.
